I agree with this quote (the first three words paraphrased) 10000%. I admit, I've pulled the bias card before on other people, but after I found out how annoying it was for people to do it to me, I stopped.
What are your guy's opinions on bias in arguments?

Bias is part of any argument, almost all the time. Even if someone claims to be unbiased, they have their own personal feelings (or bias) towards a subject - even if an unconscious one. It is nearly impossible to avoid bias. The key is to get over your own bias and focus on facts. A bias may be present, but a good argument is to do your best to overcome your bias and debate based on facts.

It's true, because we're all biased in one way or another. If we didn't show bias, we all wouldn't have different personalities, likes, interests, or beliefs.

Agree with both of you.
Also, by being biased, a person is less open-minded and refuses to hear other people's ideas. If someone refuses to listen to others, why should they expect to be heard? Extreme bias will lead a debate nowhere, and will thus end it.
